Suit FAQs.
Clear answers.

Practical answers for choosing a suit, preparing your sizes and speaking with our stores.

Can I choose different sizes for each piece?+

Yes. Three-piece suits include the jacket, waistcoat and trousers as one set, while each component can be sized separately. Confirm the exact combination with your branch.

How do I find my size?+

Measure your full chest circumference for jacket and waistcoat, and your waist where the trousers will sit. Product-page tables map centimetres to general UK/US reference labels. The actual range, cut and length still need checking.

Can I buy online now?+

We are currently operating as an online catalogue. Explore the suits, prepare your requested sizes and contact a branch. A prepared selection is not an order, payment or reservation.

What does delivery cost?+

R150 per order, with free delivery for orders above R5,000. Ask a branch to confirm coverage and timing for your address.

What if my suit does not fit?+

Contact your branch before purchasing to confirm the applicable exchange and return terms. Try the complete set and confirm fit before having any alterations made.

Are the shirt and accessories included?+

The three-piece set includes jacket, waistcoat and trousers. Shirts, shoes, socks, ties and cufflinks are separate unless the product explicitly says otherwise.

Can I visit a store?+

Yes. Visit our Newcastle branch in Pioneer Park or our Pietermaritzburg branch at Parklane Shopping Centre. Our Visit us page has opening hours, phone numbers and directions.

FAQs: practical advice

Bring specific suit questions to your branch

General answers help you prepare, but a question about one exact style needs the product name or link. Note the colour and your requested component sizes before contacting the store. Tell the team whether you are dressing for a wedding, matric farewell, business occasion or another event. Your date matters when discussing availability and any fitting arrangements. If you are travelling to a branch for a particular suit, confirm the details first.

FAQs about size references

A reference table helps translate measurements into familiar size labels. It does not measure the actual garment, predict every body shape or promise a perfect fit. The jacket, waistcoat and trousers should each be checked. Look at comfort while sitting and moving, as well as the appearance when standing. Ask the branch to confirm the fit and cut of the specific range if you are between labels or unsure of the length.

FAQs about suits and accessories

A three-piece suit includes the three coordinated garments named on the product page. Shirts, shoes, neckwear and cufflinks are separate unless stated otherwise. Ask about their current prices and availability when planning your outfit. For a wedding party, check that enough matching pieces and accessories can be supplied. An online photograph or Instagram look should not be treated as confirmation of a complete package.

Ask before making final arrangements

Useful suit questions include delivery coverage, expected timing, exchange terms and whether alterations are possible for your chosen garment. Confirm the cost and timing of any alteration directly. Follow the care label on the actual suit. The website currently operates as a catalogue, so selecting sizes does not create an order or hold stock. Contact your branch to agree the details before payment.
