Prepare a short enquiry
Before calling, write down the questions you most need answered. Start with availability and fit, then discuss the rest of the outfit. Keep any agreed details with the product name so that you can refer to the same style later. If another person is purchasing on your behalf, make sure they have your separate component sizes and the correct occasion date.
Contact the branch you plan to visit
Newcastle and Pietermaritzburg have their own store contact numbers. Choose the branch that is most convenient for you and check the location before travelling. The Visit us page brings together addresses, directions and opening hours. If you need a particular style or size, call first so the team can discuss availability. Public holiday arrangements can differ from normal opening hours, so confirm those directly when planning your visit.
Have your product details ready
The product name or a link to the page is the most useful starting point. For a three-piece suit, note your requested jacket, waistcoat and trouser sizes separately. Tell the team about your occasion and the date you need the outfit. If you are looking for a colour or style seen on Instagram, keep the original post as a reference. An inspiration image does not necessarily identify an item in the current online collection.
Discuss the whole outfit
Include any questions about shirts, shoes, ties, socks or cufflinks when you contact the store. These items are separate from a three-piece set unless the product says otherwise. For a wedding party, explain how many people need matching outfits and which size combinations are required. Ask the branch to confirm the complete requirement before making arrangements. Do not assume that a product displayed online is available in every size at both stores.
Confirm practical arrangements before payment
Ask about the current price, garment details, exact fit and any alteration options. Confirm the applicable exchange and return terms, especially before altering a garment. Delivery is R150 per order, or free above R5,000; ask whether your destination is covered and what timing can be offered. Online selection currently prepares an enquiry only. It is not a reservation, an order or a message sent automatically to the branch.
