Make sure the address details are complete and that the team knows about any access information needed to reach you. Plan around your occasion
For an occasion outfit, explain both the event date and any earlier travel date that affects when you need it. Allow time to inspect and try the complete outfit before the event, and ask the branch what can realistically be arranged. If you collect instead, confirm the branch, opening hours and whether your exact combination is ready before travelling. These checks help keep the agreed order and the outfit you need aligned.
Understand the order-value threshold
Our shipping fee is R150 per order, with free delivery when the order value is above R5,000. An order of exactly R5,000 does not cross that threshold and carries the R150 fee. For example, an order of R2,000 has a R150 charge, while an order of R6,000 qualifies for free shipping. Confirm the final order amount with your branch, including any separate accessories you are choosing.
Confirm the destination and timing
A shipping price does not confirm that every address is covered or that an order can arrive by a particular date. Give the branch your destination and required date before paying. This is especially important for weddings, matric farewells or travel. Ask the team to confirm the arrangements for your order. The website does not yet publish a guaranteed dispatch time, courier service level or delivery date.
Check the complete suit before dispatch
For a three-piece suit, confirm the jacket, waistcoat and trouser sizes individually. The price covers one coordinated set, even when the pieces have different size labels. General reference charts cannot verify the exact fit of a particular range. Ask the branch to check your requested combination against the actual garments and current stock. Make sure any accessory choices and their separate prices are included in your discussion.
